PAYMENT QUESTIONS:

DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARDS FOR ASSOCIATION DUES?

Yes. You may make your credit card payment by contacting Colonial Bank. MasterCard and Discover cards from U.S. banks are accepted. There is a 3% convenience fee per transaction. Colonial Bank will facilitate the transaction for you.

To make a secure one-time payment online, please have the coupon from your Colonial Bank coupon book or statement coupon available. Go to www.colonialbank.com, select the Business Services tab, select Association, select Homeowners, select Online Payments. All payments are processed within two business days. Payments processed before 2 p.m. ET are processed the next day. Payments processed after 2 p.m. ET are processed in two business days. Business day refers to any day other than Saturday or Sunday, that is neither a legal holiday nor a day on which commercial banks are authorized or required by law, regulation or executive order to close. To cover the cost of providing payment services online, your credit card will be charged a non-refundable convenience fee based on a percentage of the transaction. The convenience fee is 3% of the transaction amount. The non-refundable convenience fee is charged by the bank for processing your payment online; the association or management company will not receive credit for the fee.



CAN I PAY MY ASSOCIATION DUES ON-LINE USING MY INTERNET BANKING SERVICE?

Yes, you can, but please check your coupon booklet for complete directions. Look for the page with the heading: ONLINE BILL PAY SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS. The booklet contains a bill pay account number, which is unique to each property address and each payment obligation. This number must be used to setup your payment.



WHAT IS ASSOCIATION PAY?

A convenient way to make your payment is through Association Pay, an automatic debit directly from any US bank.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR ASSOCIATION PAY?

Complete the Sign-up for Association Pay form included in your coupon booklet. You may also download the form from the DOWNLOADS page of this website.

WHEN IS MY CHECKING ACCOUNT DEBITED WHEN I USE AUTOPAY?

When your payment is due we will automatically debit your account on the 3rd day of the month. If the 3rd is on a weekend or holiday, your account will be debited the next business day.

HOW DO I STOP AUTO PAY OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY AUTOPAY INFORMATION?

For cancellation, sale of unit or change of bank, account number; please mail your request to: Colonial Bank Association Services - PO BOX 2914 - Largo, Florida 33779-2914.



CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS AT COLONIAL BANK?

Association Services Coupon Payments are accepted at Florida Colonial Bank branches only, excluding branches located in Destin and the Florida Panhandle. Payments that are accepted at a branch should be made well in advance of the due date.



WHO TO I MAKE MY CHECK OUT TO?

Always make your check payable to your association. A payment coupon must accompany all checks and be mailed to the address on the coupon label



HOME IMPROVEMENT QUESTIONS:

WHEN DO I HAVE TO GET APPROVAL FOR CHANGES TO MY PROPERTY?

All changes to the exterior of the house and changes to the lot require design review. This includes painting (even painting the same color), swimming pools, screen enclosures, screen doors, play sets, landscape improvements, tree removal and/or replacement, fountain, and roof shingle replacement, etc...

GENERAL QUESTIONS:

WHERE CAN I GET A COPY OF MY HOA DOCUMENTS?

Your association is a deed-restricted community. Owners are required to furnish copies of the Association's documents at the time of sale of the home. Additional copies can be requested from Boyle Management Services. Finally, electronic copies can be obtained directly your county comptroller’s office.
