Boyle Management Services provides maintenance services through a separate maintenance company known as Property Support Services.

Property Support Services is a fully insured company with an average of fifteen years experience per technician. All employees are covered by Workers Compensation and Liability Insurance.

Our low rates are very inviting when you price the average service call of a "specialist" (plumbers, electricians, etc). Services provided include:

* UNIQUE MASTER KEY SYSTEM *

* LIGHT CARPENTRY *

* ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND REPAIRS *

* PLUMBING INSTALLATION AND REPAIRS *

* IRRIGATION REPAIRS *

* INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR PAINTING *

* EMERGENCY READINESS AND REPAIRS *

Since we are aware of the critical issues that may arise, we have fully equipped, cell phone dispatched company trucks available on a 24-hour basis. In addition, our personnel are easily identified by the company logo on the trucks and the company logo on their shirts.

Boyle Management can also extend the opportunity to your Association to place your existing personnel, such as maintenance crew, on the payroll of the Property Support Services. Employees are charged to the project for the wages plus employer cost. Your Association can reap the benefit of maintaining loyal employees without having to worry about taxes, bookkeeping, or insurance.
